We provide financial analysis and hands-on management support to businesses and undertake assignments on behalf of lenders, investors and management teams to provide answers and solutions.

We are turnaround specialists with skills and experience that has broader application. The fact that we understand what drives failure means that we are well-qualified to provide hands-on and advisory solutions to manage risk and safeguard value.

We believe that many of the techniques used in a turnaround process can also be applied in a preventative and pro-active manner to help a company manage the risks of going off-plan.

Why ‘vincere’? In Latin ‘vincere’ is the present active infinitive of the verb, ‘vinco’ which can be variously translated ‘to overcome’, ‘to win’ or ‘to conquer’; ‘vincere’ is also the Italian verb ‘to win’. We consider that the word embodies the challenge of a turnaround (ie ‘to overcome’). The textbook pronunciation is ‘vink-er-ay’ but we make do with ‘vin-seer’ (as in sincere)!
